Honestly, the best place to start is wherever you are at the moment.
If you need tech help with a your laptop or cellphone, installing an app, using Skype or Zoom, that’s the place to start.
From there, a few more questions will emerge that will lead to other questions and concepts that can be clarified and explained.
Those are usually the “ah-ha” and the ohhh-so-that’s-what-makes-it-tick moments. So don’t feel like you need to know everything.
Just get the answers you need for now and we can work our way backwards, based upon wherever it is you are.
