Many seniors feel overwhelmed when learning new technology or computers at first.
Even capable and accomplished seniors can feel lost when it comes to technology.
It’s not a lack of ability. You had a life to live, a family to raise, and responsibilities that came first. Technology simply moved faster than most people had time to keep up with.
I can help you become comfortable with your devices so you can feel confident, independent, and in control instead of overwhelmed.

“Where Do I Even Start?”
Honestly, the best place to start is wherever you are at the moment.
If you need tech help with your laptop, cellphone, or tablet, installing an app, using Whatsapp or Zoom, or learning the basics, that’s the perfect place to start.
From there, a few more questions will emerge that will lead to other questions and concepts that can be clarified and explained.
Those are usually the “ah-ha” and the ohhh-so-that’s-what-makes-it-tick moments. So don’t feel like you need to know everything.
Start with the question you have today. From there, we can build your confidence step by step.
